Dear International Students,
为切实加强学生寝室规范化管理，筑牢校园安全防线，营造整洁、安全、文明、有序的住宿环境，保障全体同学的人身与财产安全，学校定于2026年4月23日至24日开展国际学生寝室文明安全集中检查。现将有关事项通知如下：
To effectively strengthen the standardized management of student dormitories, enhance campus safety, and create a clean, safe, civilized and orderly living environment to protect the personal and property safety of all students, the university will conduct a centralized inspection on the safety and civility of international students’ dormitories from April 23 to 24, 2026. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、检查时间

2026年4月24日（星期五）下午 2:30 南湖校区
2:30 pm, afternoon of Friday, April 24, 2026: Nanhu Campus
二、主要检查内容
II. Main Inspection Contents
1. 宿舍环境卫生：重点检查寝室整体清洁度，地面、桌面、阳台、卫生间等区域干净整洁，无垃圾堆积、无异味，物品摆放规范有序，保持寝室通风良好。
1. Dormitory Sanitation: Focus on inspecting the overall cleanliness of the dormitory. Floors, desks, balconies, bathrooms and other areas shall be clean and tidy, free of garbage accumulation or peculiar smell. Items shall be placed in a standardized and orderly manner, and the dormitory shall be well-ventilated.
2. 公共厨房环境卫生：检查公共厨房卫生情况，整体需保持干净整洁，无垃圾堆积、无明显油污与异味、使用电器时需有人看守。
2. Public Kitchen Sanitation: The sanitation of public kitchens shall be inspected. The area must be kept clean and tidy at all times, with no garbage accumulation, obvious oil stains or peculiar smells. Electrical appliances must be attended by someone when in use.
3. 消防安全落实：重点检查消防设施完好情况，寝室无遮挡、损坏消防器材行为，不私拉乱接电线，不占用、堵塞消防通道，确保消防安全措施落实到位。
3. Fire Safety Implementation: Focus on inspecting the integrity of fire-fighting facilities. No blocking or damaging of fire-fighting equipment is allowed in dormitories. Unauthorized and messy wiring is prohibited. Fire exits shall not be occupied or blocked to ensure full implementation of fire safety measures.
4. 通道规范：保持寝室过道、门口等逃生通道畅通无阻，无杂物堆放、无物品阻挡，保障紧急情况下安全疏散。
4. Passage Standardization: Keep escape routes such as dormitory corridors and doorways clear and unobstructed, free of sundries or obstacles, to ensure safe evacuation in emergencies.
5. 违规电器与违禁物品排查：全面排查热得快、电煮锅、电暖器、电热毯等大功率违规电器，以及易燃易爆、管制器具等违禁物品，一经发现将依规没收并严肃处理。
5. Inspection of Illegal Electrical Appliances and Prohibited Items: Conduct a full inspection of high-power illegal electrical appliances (including instant water heaters, electric cooking pots, electric heaters, electric blankets) and prohibited items (including flammable and explosive materials, controlled tools). Any violations found will be confiscated in accordance with regulations and handled seriously.
三、相关要求
III. Relevant Requirements
1. 请各位同学高度重视此次检查，提前对照检查内容开展自查自纠，于检查前完成寝室卫生清理、物品规整及安全隐患整改。
1. All students are requested to attach great importance to this inspection, conduct self-inspection and rectification in advance in accordance with the inspection items, and complete dormitory cleaning, item arrangement and safety hazard rectification before the inspection.
2. 检查期间请保持寝室有人，积极配合工作人员开展检查工作，如实说明情况，不得阻挠、拒绝检查。
2. Please ensure someone is present in the dormitory during the inspection, actively cooperate with the staff, truthfully explain the situation, and shall not obstruct or refuse the inspection.
3. 对检查中发现的问题，将现场登记并限期整改；违规使用电器及存放违禁物品的，将依据学校住宿管理规定进行收缴。
3. Problems identified during the inspection will be registered on-site and rectified within a specified time limit. Illegal use of electrical appliances and storage of prohibited items will be confiscated in accordance with the university’s dormitory management regulations.
安全无小事，文明靠大家。请全体国际学生自觉遵守寝室管理规定，共同维护安全、整洁、和谐的住宿环境。
Safety is no trivial matter; a civilized environment relies on everyone. All international students are requested to consciously abide by dormitory management regulations and jointly maintain a safe, clean and harmonious living environment.
