亲爱的国际学生:寒假即将到来，武汉纺织大学国际教育学院全体教师希望大家度过一个安全、愉快、有意义的假期，以下是学校假期安排和给同学们的假期温馨提示。
Dear International students.The winter vacation is coming, in order to help you have a safe, pleasant and meaningful vacation, here are some tipsbased on the arrangements of Wuhan Textile University.
1、在校学生于2026年1月5日(星期一)放假，2026年3月1日(星期日)返校报到，2026年3月2日(星期一)正式上课。同学们在离校前须于1月15日前提交离校申请表，告知我们假期的去向，以便于学校为同学们提供相应的帮助和支持。
For all students, the period is from January 5th, 2026 (Monday)to March 1st,2026 (Sunday) Class will start from March 2nd,2026(Monday).All students should submit an application to leave school before January 15th,2026.
2、留学生办公室将于2026年1月19日至2月28日放假。2026年2月28日(星期天)正式上班。
The School of international Education Office will be closed from January 19th, 2026 to February 28th, 2026. It will start working from February 28st.2026(Saturday).
3、寒假期间，留学生办公室暂停签证办理、证明开具相关服务。
During Winter Vacation, the daily services including residence permit, certificates issuing etc. will be suspended.
4、如遇紧急情况或需其他帮助请和国际教育学院值班老师联系
In case of emergency or other circumstances, please contact the on-duty teachers of the School of InternationalEducation.

Reminders
全体国际学生必须遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。违反国家法律、法令、法规受到公安、司法部门处罚者，视其情节轻重，给予严重警告直至开除学籍处分;尤其是谨防非法打工、证过期、酗酒闹事、校外住宿扰民等常见违法违纪行为发生。
All international students must comply with Chinese laws and regulations as well as our university's policies. Anyviolation of national laws, regulations, statutes will result in legal penalties from the Public Security department and Judiciadepartments, and based on the severity of the offense, students who commit violations will be given different forms ofpunishment from a serious warning to expulsion from WTU. Please pay a special attention to the common violations such asillegal working with student visa, visa expiration, causing troubles due to excessive drinking and disturbing others whenliving off campus.
假期期间，不酗酒，杜绝各种吸毒贩毒行为。
During the vacation,do not have excessive drinking. Any kind of drug trafficking is forbidden.
遵守学生宿舍管理规定。请同学们按时归寝，严晚归，严禁翻越围墙，严未经允许校外留宿。按时作息。在就寝时间(晚上十一点)后，不得噪音扰民影响他人休息，严禁聚会吵闹。外出锁好宿舍门窗，保管好自己的贵重物品;注意用电安全，离开宿舍及时断电，不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器，不使用劣质充电器，不在宿舍生火做饭，严防火灾。
Obey dormitory regulations. Please return to the dormitory on time,no staying off campus without permission. Please keep a good living habit. No noise disturbance to affect the others afterbedtime (11pm) and no party noise. When you go out, please lock up windows and door of dormitory, keep your valuable properties properly. Please pay attention to the electricity safety, make sure you have cut off the supply of the electricitywhen you leave. Do not join the wires and use high-power appliances or inferior chargers, and do not cook in the dormitorso as to prevent fire hazards.
交通与出行安全提醒。遵守交通法规，注意交通安全。不得骑行摩托车和无牌照电动车。电瓶车行驶不超速、不超载、骑自行车不逆行行驶、不闯红灯。离开武汉必须告知LEO老师并提交离校审批表，随身携带有效护照，异地住宿需要24小时内、在当地派出所办理登记住宿。
Traffic and travel safety tips: Please abide by all traffic laws and regulations and make sure the traffic safety. Riding motorcycles and unlicensed electric vehicles is not permited. Do not overspeed or overload, Do not drive in reverse or run a lights. When you leave Wuhan, you must inform Sir LEO or Jason and submit the application form for leaving campus. Makesure take your valid passport with you, To stay in other places, you should go to the local police station for registrationwithin 24 hours.
搭乘电梯安全提醒。乘扶梯时，电梯不能超载，当电梯报警时，应当主动退出，等下一趟再乘。乘坐电梯发生故障时，请及时拨打维修或报警电话，切勿惊慌。
Iips when using elevators: When using an elevator, please do not overload. When a warning alarm occurs, it is supposedto exit the escalator quickly and steadily. If a malfunction occurs when using the escalator, please call maintenance or thepolice, and do not panic.
防盗防骗安全提醒:不要随身携带大量现金，宿舍不留宿外人，外出一定将窗、门锁好。拒绝任何形式推销，严守个人信息。一定保管好个人的有效证件，不要将个人证件借给他人使用，并随身携带有效证件的复印件。
Tips to prevent theft and fraud: Do not caury a lot of cash when going out. Do not let strangers stay in your room. whenleaving your room, make sure to lock windows and doors. Refuse any form of sales promotion and protect your personalinformation. Take care of your personal documents, and do not let others use them on your behalf. Always carry a photocopyof your important documents (e.g. passports).
当前网络诈骗呈多发高发态势，诈骗分子以刷单返利、低息贷款、高回报理财等为诱惑实施诈骗。请您切实提高防范意识，不要轻易相信他人推荐的各种网络“生财之道”，不要轻易点击他人发送的网络链接、安装来路不明的APP，更不要轻易进行转账。网络有风险，上网需谨慎!
The telecom network fiuad is frequent at present. They use the temptation of rebateson brushing orders, low-interestloans and high-return financial management to commit fraud. Please raise your awareness of prevention, don't trust all kindsof network "ways to make money" recommended by others, don't click on unknown network links, or install unknown APrespecially don't transfer money to strangers. There is a risk for online transaction. Be alert when surfing the Internet!
