近期，新冠病毒开始在全球迅速蔓延，我们十分关注和担心贵国的疫情发展，也注意到贵国正在采取一系列的政策举措。衷心希望贵国能早日控制住疫情蔓延势头，减少疫情给贵国带来的影响。
我们非常难过地看到此次公共卫生事件给人类带来的灾难，它不仅夺去了数万人的生命，还使许多健康的人身处焦虑和恐惧之中。流行病是人类共同的敌人，只有合作应对，才能最终战胜。过去的两个多月，我们在中国武汉亲历了新冠疫情从暴发到高峰再到被控制，我们也得到了贵国的同情和积极支持，我们深切体会到疫情的无情和生活的艰难，因此，对你们今天的苦难感同身受，深表同情。
我们学校高度重视留学生培养工作，疫情期间更是格外重视其生命安全和身体健康。目前我校有来自巴基斯坦、孟加拉、加纳、肯尼亚、马拉维等5个国家的27名学生留守校园，他们在这里得到了悉心照顾，生活物资储备充足，天气好时还能在操场锻炼，目前所有学生情绪稳定，无一人感染，他们正在通过线上的方式开展学习，请您放心。我们还与离汉和回家的学生保持着密切联系，希望他们坚持学业，待疫情控制后能早日返汉复学。
我们坚信，有各国人民的协作，人类必将彻底战胜这场灾难，正如夜去晨来，冬去春归。

Dear leaders of cooperative universities,
How are you? Recently COVID-19 has started to spread rapidly around the globe. We are very concerned about the pandemic situation in your country. We also note that your country is taking a series of policies. I sincerely hope that your country can control the spread of the virus and reduce the impact of the pandemic to the least.
We are very sad to see the disaster brought by this public health event, which not only took tens of thousands of lives, but also put many healthy people in anxiety and fear. Pandemic is the common enemy of mankind. Only when we cooperate to cope with it can we finally overcome. Over the past two months, we have witnessed the outbreak, the peak and then to the control of the virus in Wuhan, China,. We also received your sympathy and active support. We deeply understand the harship and difficulty. Therefore, we deeply sympathize with your suffering now.
Wuhan Textile University attaches great importance to the international students, During the pandemic, we are paying special attention to students’ safety and health. At present, we have 27 students from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi on campus. They have received good care here with sufficient living materials and can exercise in the playground when the weather is good. All students are safe and sound and no one is infected. They are carrying on their study online. Please do not worry.We also keep close contact with the students who left Wuhan and left for home. We hope that they will continue their studies and return to China as soon as possible.
We firmly believe that with the cooperation of the people of all countries, mankind will overcome this disaster completely, just as a bright dawn follows every dark night!
