看台上欢呼声一浪高过一浪，国际教育学院方阵入场了。
Amid rising cheers from the stands, the parade of International Education College stepped onto the track.

没有整齐划一的“标准答案”，只有五洲四海的“和而不同”。
There was no single uniform formula — only “harmony in diversity” from across the world.

他们用脚步回答了一个问题：什么叫理解中国，沟通世界。
With every step, they answered a question: what it means to understand China and connect the world.

方阵最前方，留学生高举“理解中国 沟通世界 ”字牌。
At the very front, students carried the placard: Understand China, Connect the World.

各国国旗随队列起伏，红的、绿的、蓝的，汇成一条流动的彩虹。
Flags of many nations rose and fell with the march — red, green and blue, flowing like a living rainbow.

有人身着民族服饰，有人举着心形手牌：我爱纺大。
Some wore traditional costumes; some held heart-shaped signs: I Love WTU.

那一刻，跑道不再是赛道，而是世界地图。
At that moment, the track was not a racing lane — it was a map of the world.

草坪上，留学生把故乡的颜色带进了纺大的秋天。
On the lawn, students brought the colors of home into WTU’s autumn.

他们举着本国国旗与中国国旗合影，比出最熟悉的V字手势。
Holding their national flags beside the Chinese flag, they flashed the familiar V-sign.

笑容不需要翻译。
Smiles need no translation.

汉语或许还不够流利，但“纺大”两个字，已经喊得很响。
Their Chinese may still be a work in progress, but the name “WTU” was already shouted loud and clear.

开幕式上的从容，是排练室里一遍遍抠出来的。
The ease on stage was drilled into muscle, take after take in rehearsal.

十月底的夜晚，跑道上的灯光把影子拉得很长。
On a late-October night, floodlights stretched long shadows across the track.

举牌、对齐、卡点，同一个动作反复练习，没有人喊累，只听见“再来一遍”。
Lifting signs, lining up, hitting the beat — the same moves repeated over and over, with only “one more time” echoing back.

候场花絮里，有认真，也有调皮：托腮的、比心的、笑场的，青春本来就不需要彩排。
Snapshots caught both focus and playfulness — chin-in-hand poses, heart signs and sudden giggles. Youth never needs a dress rehearsal.

开幕式最燃的九十秒，属于我们。
The most thrilling ninety seconds of the ceremony belonged to us.

相机、手机同时举起，记录下属于国际教育学院的这一刻。
Cameras and phones went up at once to capture the moment that belonged to International Education College.

欢呼声里，不同肤色的手挽在一起；体育，让五洲青年在同一片草坪上同频共振。
In the cheers, hands of different colors joined together — sport brought young people from five continents into resonance on the same field.

从2006年建院，到如今生源覆盖40多个国家，国际教育学院始终把“桥梁”二字写进日常。
Since its founding in 2006, with students from over 40 countries, International Education College has always written the word “bridge” into its daily life.

校训“崇真尚美、笃行致远”，是每位留学生认识纺大的第一课。
The motto — seek truth, advocate beauty, act with sincerity and aim far — is the first lesson every international student learns about WTU.

他们在这里读懂中国，也向世界讲述中国。
Here they come to understand China — and to tell the world about it.

运动会有终场，友谊没有。
A sports meeting comes to a close; friendship does not.
