根据《关于申报2021-2022学年湖北省外国留学生奖学金项目的通知》（鄂教外函[2021]2号）精神，我校将开展湖北省外国留学生奖学金评选工作，具体如下：
一、评选对象和奖学金类型
评选对象：2021级非中国政府奖学金生可参评湖北省外国留学生奖学金。旷课超过二分之一的学生取消评奖资格。
奖学金资助期限：1年。
奖学金名额：4名。
奖学金类型：全额奖学金（生活费36000元/年，并免除学费）。
二、评审内容
对学生在2021/2022学年的学习成绩、出勤情况、学习态度、活动表现、思想品行等方面情况进行打分。
培养学院侧重评价专业学习、科研活动等，打分权重为50%。
国际教育学院侧重评价遵纪守法、思想品行、公共课学习情况、第二课堂活动等综合表现，打分权重为50%。
三、评审程序与时间安排
1. 12月10日前，国际教育学院向评审对象发布武汉纺织大学湖北省外国留学生奖学金评选通知。
2. 12月13日前，符合条件的留学生向国际教育学院报名。
3. 12月16日前，国际教育学院将资格审核后的学生名单发至培养学院，培养学院结合导师意见，对学生进行打分评定，并将打分表签字、盖章后，送交国际教育学院。同时，国际学院完成考核打分。
4. 12月23日前，开展汉语比赛，对结果进行排序，确定评选名单。
5. 12月24日前，国际学院会同研究生工作部、各培养学院研究出具最终的评审结果，公示3个工作日，并将评审结果提交分管校领导。
6.获得全额奖学金资助的学生，其生活费将在下学期开学后开始发放。

According to the requirements of the Hubei provincial government policy, Wuhan Textile University is now conducting the selection of Hubei Provincial International Student Scholarship. The details are as follows:
I. Selection Participant and Types of Scholarships
Participant requirement: Non CSC scholarship students of grade 2021 can participate in this academic year's Hubei Provincial International Student Scholarship. Among them, students who have been absent for more than 1/2 of the classes and activities will be disqualified.
Duration of the scholarship: 1 year.
Quantity of the scholarship: 4 seats.
Types of Scholarships: Full Scholarship (Stipend 36000yuan/year, tuition is free).
II. Selection Content
We will grade the students according to students' academic performance, attendance, learning attitude, activity performance, ideological and moral character in 2021/ 2022 academic year.
The training college focuses on the evaluation of major learning, scientific research activities, etc, the weight of the training college’s score is 50%; IEC focuses on the evaluation of the comprehensive performance of law-abiding , activities, etc, with a scoring weight of 50%.
III. Selection Procedures and Schedule plan
1、Before Dec 10, IEC will announce the Notice of Hubei Provincial International Student Scholarship Selection.
2、Before Dec 13, students should carefully evaluate themselves, and apply to IEC.
3、Before Dec 16, IEC will share the qualified student list to the training college. The training college will score and evaluate the students according to the tutor’s opinions, then send the score form to IEC after signing and sealing. At the meantime, IEC finish their evaluation work.
4、Before Dec 23, IEC will hold Chinese test. According to the test result, determine the selection result.
5、Before Dec 24, IEC in conjunction with the graduate office and training school, will publicize the final selection result, submit the selection result to the university president.
6、Students who would have the Hubei Provincial International Student Scholarship (Full Scholarship) will receive the stipend from next semester.
