1.The period of Winter Vacation is from 19th January, 2019 to 17th February, 2019.
2. Registration:1) Registration starts at 8:30am of 17thFebruary, 2019 and ends at 4:30pm of 18thFebruary, 2019.
2) Registration Location:
Room804-14, library,School ofInternationalEducation.
3) Office Hours:
17th, February—18th, February
8:30am~12:00am&2:00pm~4:30pm
3. Notification of Your Leaving:
1) Degree Students：
If you are about to leave Wuhan during the winter vacation, please inform your department and IECof your leaving beforeyou leave.
The notification should contain information of departure date, destination of the travelling, emergency contact, expected time of arrival to Wuhan, etc. You should notify your department andIECof your returning as soon as you arrive atWTU.
2) Language Students：
For those who will graduate this semester, please informIECof your leaving beforeyou leave. The notification should contain information of departure date, destination of the travelling, flight information, etc;
For those who will register next semester, if you are about to leave Wuhan during the winter vacation, please informIECof your leaving beforeyou leave. The notification should contain information of departure date, destination of the travelling, emergency contact, expected time of arrival to Wuhan, etc. You are supposed to notifyIECof your returning as soon as you arrive atWTU.
1、寒假放假时间：
2019年1月19日（星期六）至2019年2月17日（星期日）。
2、返校签到：
1) 2019年2月16日至2019年2月17日返校。
所有国际学生须在2019年2月17日下午5:30前完成签到。
2) 签到地点：
国际教育学院图书馆804-14办公室
3) 办公时间：
2月16日—2月17日
8:30am~12:00am & 2:00pm~4:30pm。
3、其他事项：
1) 学历生：
离汉报备：如果寒假期间离开武汉，需在行前向所在学院和国际教育学院报备。
报备内容：离开武汉时间、去向、假期紧急联系人、拟返回武汉时间等。返校后，应立即向以上两个学院报告。
2) 非学历生：
本学期结业学生：
离华报备：需在行前向国际教育学院报备。
报备内容：离开中国时间、去向、航班信息等。
未结业学生：
离汉报备:如果寒假期间离开武汉，需在行前向国际教育学院报备。
报备内容：离开武汉时间、去向、假期紧急联系人、拟返回武汉时间等。返校后，应立即向国际教育学院报告。
