关于招收2026年外国留学博士研究生的说明
Notice on the Enrollment of International Doctoral Students for 2026
为服务学校“双一流”建设与“十五五”发展规划目标，积极融入国家教育对外开放战略，提请学校审议批准，从2026年起招收外国留学博士研究生。现将相关要求说明如下：
In order to serve the university's "Double First-Class" construction and the goals of the "15th Five-Year" development plan, and to actively integrate into the national plan of opening up education to the outside world, it is proposed to the university for deliberation and approval to commence the enrollment of international doctoral students starting from 2026.The relevant requirements are explained as follows:
一、博士研究生项目简介
Introduction to the Doctoral Program
招生专业：纺织科学与工程、设计学
Majors: Textile Science and Engineering, Design.
学制与学习年限：基本学制为4年，最长学习年限不超过6年。学习方式为全日制脱产在校学习。
Duration of Study: The standard program length is 4 years, with a maximum study period not exceeding 6 years. The mode of study is full-time on-campus.
入学时间：2026年9月
Enrollment Time: September 2026.
报到截止时间：2026年9月30日。逾期未报到者，视为自动放弃入学资格。
Registration Deadline: September 30, 2026. Those who fail to register by the deadline will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their admission qualification.
二、招生标准与申请条件
Admission Criteria and Application Requirements
国籍与身份：持外国有效护照的非中国籍公民，年龄原则上在40周岁及以下。
Nationality and Identity: Non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport, aged 40 or below.
品德与健康：拥护中国法律法规，品行端正，无犯罪记录。身心健康。
Character and Health: Support Chinese laws and regulations, have good moral character, and have no criminal record. Be in good physical and mental health.
学历背景：
Academic Background:
1.硕士及本科阶段的学历学位证书原件及官方出具的成绩单。
Original academic degree certificates and official transcripts for both master's and bachelor's degrees.
2.官方语言为非英语的申请者，须提交有效的英语水平证明。
Applicants whose official language is not English must submit valid proof of English proficiency.
3.攻读博士学位期间的研究计划。
Research plan for the doctoral study period.
4.至少两封由相关学科领域教授（或具有相当专业技术职称的专家）出具的推荐信。
At least two letters of recommendation from professors (or experts with equivalent professional titles) in relevant academic fields.
5.导师接收函：申请者须提交我校具有博士招生资格的导师出具的接收函（须导师签字并加盖学院公章）。
Supervisor Acceptance Letter: Applicants must submit an acceptance letter issued by a supervisor at our university who is qualified to recruit doctoral students (must be signed by the supervisor and stamped with the school's official seal).
6.体检报告：须包含常规项目及传染病筛查。
Physical Examination Report: Must include routine items and infectious disease screening.

四、选拔方式及资格审查
Selection Method and Qualification Review
采用“申请-考核”制。具体流程与标准参照《武汉纺织大学博士研究生招生“申请-考核”选拔实施办法（试行）》。申请期间，国际学生招生办公室会同相关院系导师对申请者提交的学历信息和成绩单进行审核，申请者的专业基础、语言水平、学术能力、科研成果和导师意见将作为重要考核指标。
The "Application-Assessment" system is adopted. The specific process and standards refer to the "Implementation Measures for the 'Application-Assessment' Selection of Doctoral Student Enrollment at Wuhan Textile University (Trial)". During the application period, the International Student Admissions Office, together with relevant school/department supervisors, will review the academic information and transcripts submitted by applicants. The applicant's professional foundation, language proficiency, academic ability, research achievements, and supervisor's opinion will serve as important assessment indicators.
